Christmas Eve is normally a time for families stay home and eat a traditional dinner, but you don’t always have the time to prepare a nice Christmas dinner (probably because you were too busy doing your last minute present shopping). Pinot Provence – Celebrate Christmas Eve with a four-course dining experience at Pinot Provence. Executive Chef Alfonso Ramirez offers dishes including apple and fennel soup with anise-cinnamon cream; kurobuta pork belly with braised mustard greens, chestnut puree and honeycomb; petit filet with peppercorn sauce horseradish crème and duck fat fries and apple tart with pickled apples, apple cider gastrique, fromage frais and apple chip for dessert. Stonehill Tavern — Join Stonehill Tavern at St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort for a delicious five-course holiday tasting menu created and prepared by Executive Chef Raj Dixit. Waterline Newport Beach — Join Waterline Newport Beach at the Balboa Bay Resort for a Christmas Eve meal. Executive Chef Executive Vincent Lesage and Chef des Cuisines Rachel Haggstrom will have you covered with this delicious four-course meal. You will start your meal with a crab and artichoke dip followed by a tuna trio. For the main course, you will enjoy sea bass, seared duck breast or a grilled prime rib eye.
