Please come out and support yet another bar in OC that will be doing great cocktails on Thursday October 2nd, 4pm-1am. OC Restaurateur Andrew Dorsey is bringing the first craft restaurant experience to the Westside Costa Mesa area, offering chef and ingredient-focused dishes and craft cocktails with housemade bitters and syrups. Executive Chef Jeffrey Boullt, Playground’s former Sous Chef, will helm the kitchen while Mike West, previously at Pie Society, along with Alejandro Pareja, formerly at Memphis Cafe, will serve as Bar Directors.

Including ‘Sadie the Goat’ with housemade orgeat, Jamaican Rum, fresh guava juice, lime, fennel bitters, Peychaud’s bitters, and a red wine floater; and ‘Border Patrol’ with mezcal, tequila, chartreuse, housemade lemon cordial, a tomatillo and chili salt rim, and meyer lemon leaf garnish.
