“Tomorrow we are launching a new round of the Italian family-style dinners. This three-course dinner will feature seasonal ingredients that showcase the best produce the farmers market has to offer. Menu items will include Verdure grilled zucchini, cippolini agro dolce, roasted green beans and marinated eggplant; Panzanella with baby heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, basil and rustic bread; Roast of Lamb with mint salsa verde, roasted rosemary potatoes, peas and cippolini; and finally, Brown Butter and Hazelnut Torte with cream and seasonal fruit.
These dinners will take place on the last Tuesday of every month and are priced at $45 per person. Each menu will feature an assortment of seasonal produce, poultry and meats that showcase the best produce the farmers market has to offer.”
