Pinot ProvencePinot Provence kicks-off the fall season with the launch of innovative culinary experiences and specialty libations.  Beginning in November and available into the New Year, Pinot Provence presents Les Nuits Roties, a limited-time offering of a whole rotisserie-roasted duck or chicken for two.  Executive Chef Alfonso Ramirez carefully crafts the slow-roasted rotisserie duck and chicken, full of robust fall flavors, and pairs with seasonal vegetables for a cozy autumn dining experience with loved ones.

On November 12, 2014, Pinot Provence, in conjunction with Cakebread Cellars, continues its tradition of celebrating unique wines with a five-course Wine Dinner. Chef Ramirez is set to craft dishes to pair with each wine from the region of Napa Valley and the Anderson valley for a delicious and enhanced dining experience. The family winery’s commitment to the finest quality, in combination with Ramirez’ talent, creates a harmonious dining experience certain to please the palate.

Lastly, Pinot Provence welcomes back Happy Hour for Trios Petites Boucheeswith a host of new fall libations that capture the seasonal festive spirit. Highlights include the Juliette with Knob Creek Bourbon, apricot brandy, apricot and mint and the Esteban with Avion Silver Tequila, Chambord, agave nectar, grapefruit, lime, and Sprite. The happy hour small bites menu includes such favorite plates such as Mediterranean Mussels with white wine herb broth, red chile, and crème fraîche and Truffle Mac ‘n’ Cheese with orecchiette, Mornay blend, and parmesan cheese.
