PigOut 3 Load In

I can’t thank you all enough for being part of PigOut 3.0!

Expected attendance is 400 people.

The event will be:

at The California Scenario (previously Noguchi Gardens) – 611 Anton Blvd, Costa Mesa

From 3pm to 7pm

VIP Reception begins at 2pm

Vendors, Bars and Restaurants are responsible for:

  • Their allocation of product.
  • Plate and dinnerware for your food item
  • Signage for their booth
  • Cooking equipment, unless already expressly worked out with 100eats
  • Covering underneath all cooking equipment to prevent from ruining the porous sandstone underneath

We will provide:

  • Cups for guests to drink at each of the bar stations
  • Ice per your request
  • Ice water
  • Restaurants will have one table and one table cloth
  • Restaurants and bars in the sun will have some kind of additional covering
  • A runner will be running food and drinks between bars and restaurants

Load in must be complete by 1:45pm, but can begin anytime after 11am.

at 1:45 we would love to gather all participating bars and restaurants to have a toast with us and our VIP guests and also get together for the Chef Photo Ops.

Chefs and all those working will return to their stations at 2:45 for our general admission entrance.

We will be doing a soft open for the event to prevent long lines.

When you arrive to the location, park your vehicle in between Mastro’s and Pete’s Coffee to unload (see map below).  Once you have finished unloading, please take your vehicle to the parking structure behind TGI Fridays by going out to Anton Blvd and making a right on Avenue of the Arts and the structure entrance will be on your right.  There will be no cost to park

Your vendor contact will be Sylvia Navarro (714) 767-8153 – She will check you in, show you your area, and give you a vendor packet which will include your wristbands that must be worn at all times, a layout of the space, and your table top name cards.

We will not be giving anymore wristbands than is in your vendor packet.  4 per restaurant, and 3 for each bar and stage presenter.

We have also attached some promotional posters below to share on your social media pages and with your friends and industry partners.

Please also take notice the property managers of The California Scenario are asking that you take extreme care of the facility.  We have attached their letter below.  There was notable damage to the property last year and we do not want to harm this public piece of art again.  Take the time to make sure you have something protecting your cooking area from the porous sandstone.

YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.
